Option 1 - PayPal: email us your shipping zip code with the item numbers you want and request a PayPal invoice.  We will email you an itemized PayPal invoice ASAP with shipping. 

Option 2 -Check/money order:  Print and fill out the form below.  Mail the form and your payment to the address above.  We will let you know when your payment arrives, if you provide your email address.  Before sending payment, please email us below to get the exact cost of shipping.

Notice! We cannot control the actions of the USPS. If you want to insure your order for more than $50 which is the default by the USPS, please let us know so we can accurately calculate the total cost of shipping!
